Email support@ridewithchuck.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether your request can be accommodated; changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

How do I request a return?

For standard returns, contact us within 30 days after receiving your item. Email support@ridewithchuck.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

What condition must a returned item be in?

Eligible standard returns must be unused or unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some items are excluded, including perishable, custom or personalized, personal-care, hazardous or flammable items, gift cards, and sale items. Are standard returns refunded as store credit?

Eligible standard returns are issued as store credit, less a 5% restocking fee. Customers pay standard return shipping. We email instructions for using the credit. These terms do not override any legally required refund or withdrawal rights.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Email support@ridewithchuck.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us review it. Once the issue is confirmed, the standard return-shipping charge and restocking fee do not apply.

Do EU customers have withdrawal rights?

Where applicable, EU customers may notify us by email before delivery or within 14 days after delivery of the last item to exercise their withdrawal rights. Our store-credit and restocking-fee terms do not override statutory rights. See our Refund Policy for details.
