Refund policy
Standard returns for store credit
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To initiate a return, email support@ridewithchuck.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Do not send the item back until we’ve replied with return instructions. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
To qualify for a standard return, the item must be unused or unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll issue store credit for the eligible amount and email you instructions for using it. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit for standard returns.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email support@ridewithchuck.com promptly with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll review it and provide instructions. The standard return-shipping charge and 5% restocking fee do not apply when we confirm that we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Any remedy required by applicable law remains available.
Items not eligible for standard returns
We do not accept standard returns of perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, gift cards, or sale items. These exclusions do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.
EU right of withdrawal and other legal rights
Store-credit-only terms do not apply where the law requires a refund. If an order qualifies for the EU’s statutory right of withdrawal, you may notify us by emailing support@ridewithchuck.com before delivery or within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered. Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We’ll provide instructions and process the withdrawal in accordance with applicable law, including any required refund to the original payment method. The standard 5% restocking fee does not apply to a valid statutory withdrawal.
